Trust & transparency
Editorial Standards
How we research, write, source, and review the content on this site. We publish this so you can hold our work to the same standard we teach our readers to expect from everyone else.
Who writes this content
Every article, guide, and glossary entry on this site is written and edited by a named person, not an anonymous content team. That person is Kevin O'Connell, founder of AI-Advisors and a 20-year B2B SaaS marketer with three Head of Marketing roles and one company exit (Sapling HR, acquired by Kallidus). You can read his full background on the About page and verify it on LinkedIn.
How we research and source
We cite primary sources. When we reference a statistic, a launch date, a price, or a platform behavior, we link to where it actually came from, the vendor's own documentation, the platform's announcement, or the original research, rather than a second-hand summary.
We verify before we publish. External links are checked, and for high-stakes claims such as pricing, vendor comparisons, and competitive data, we build a written verification record against primary sources before the page goes live.
We use the most recent data available, and we tell you when a figure is dated rather than presenting old numbers as current.
How we use AI
AI-Advisors is a company built around AI, and we use AI in our own content workflow: to research faster, to draft, and to help edit. We are open about that because you deserve to know how the content you are reading was made.
Here is what it does not mean. We do not publish unreviewed machine output. Every page is directed and reviewed by a human with subject-matter expertise before it publishes, and high-stakes claims are checked against primary sources. The analysis, the point of view, and the original frameworks (like the 5 A's of AI Marketing and the 5 Context Hint Patterns) are ours.
In short: AI helps us research and draft; a named, accountable human owns what we publish.
Accuracy, freshness, and corrections
We update content when the facts change. The "Updated" date on a page reflects a substantial revision to the content, not a cosmetic edit made to look fresh.
We correct mistakes. If you spot an error, email hello@ai-advisors.ai and we will fix it.
