These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI-Advisors platform and website operated by AI-Advisors.ai ("AI-Advisors", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is the AI-Advisors service?

AI-Advisors is an AI marketing platform that helps businesses track and optimize their visibility across AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The platform includes AI Analytics, Answer Engine Insights, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) auditing, AI Ads preparation tools, and prioritized recommendations.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AI-Advisors.

3. What plans does AI-Advisors offer?

AI-Advisors offers multiple subscription tiers:

4. Free Trial, Billing, and Cancellation

4.1 Free Trial

Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all plan features. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Three (3) days before your trial ends, we will email a reminder so you have time to cancel if the platform is not a fit. If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first month.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Payment is prepaid at the start of each billing period: monthly subscribers pay at the start of each month, annual subscribers pay at the start of each year. By providing a payment method, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.

If you cancel during your free trial: Cancellation takes effect immediately. Your credit card is not charged. Your account switches to read-only mode — you can continue to view any data, audit results, and reports generated during the trial, but you cannot run new audits, add new data, or use any interactive platform features.

If you cancel during a paid billing period: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to all features until the period ends. After the period ends, your account switches to read-only mode with the same view-only access described above. You are not charged for the next period.

4.4 No Refunds

AI-Advisors does not offer refunds for any paid billing period, whether monthly or annual. Once a billing period begins, the full amount is non-refundable regardless of whether you use the platform, cancel partway through the period, or delete your account. Unused days, features, or credits within a paid period are not eligible for refund or credit toward future periods.

4.5 Payment Failure

If a renewal charge fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over the following seven days. If all retries fail, your account switches to read-only mode until payment is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing page to restore full access. Accounts that remain in failed-payment status for more than 30 days may be subject to data deletion with prior notice.

5. Who owns my data on AI-Advisors?

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the platform, including your brand information, tracked prompts, and competitor data. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service, including querying AI platforms on your behalf, generating reports, and delivering recommendations.

6. AI Platform Queries

The platform queries third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) on your behalf. We do not control the responses these platforms provide. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or change over time. Visibility scores and competitive rankings are based on sampled queries and should be used as directional indicators, not absolute measurements.

7. AEO Audits

AEO audits crawl your website to assess its optimization for AI platforms. By running an audit, you confirm that you have the authority to scan the domain you submit. We are not responsible for any issues caused by the audit crawler accessing your website.

Audit scores and recommendations are advisory. We do not guarantee that implementing recommendations will improve your AI visibility.

8. Free Tools

Our free tools (AI Visibility Checker, AI Bot Access Checker, llms.txt Generator, ChatGPT Ads Mockup Generator) are provided as-is. By using the AI Visibility Checker, you consent to us querying AI platforms about your business and storing the results. You also consent to receiving occasional product updates at the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. What are the acceptable use rules?

10. Intellectual Property

The AI-Advisors platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by AI-Advisors.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

AI-Advisors is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-Advisors, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. How can my account be terminated?

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel or delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Cancellation moves your account to read-only mode as described in Section 4.3. You retain view-only access to your past data until you choose to delete your account.

Deletion is permanent. Upon deletion, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and your data is removed from our servers within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
